Role: Azure Local Engineer

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad

Required Technical Skill Set: Azure Local, Hyper-V virtualization and Storage Spaces Direct, Azure Arc for servers, Kubernetes, and VMs.

Role & responsibilities :

Plan, implement, and manage Azure Local deployments using validated OEM hardware.

• Configure and maintain Azure Stack HCI clusters, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), and storage systems.
• Assist with assessment and migration of existing servers to Azure Local platform.
• Integrate on-prem resources with Azure Arc, enabling centralized management, monitoring, and governance via the Azure portal.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Defender for Cloud.
  Proven hands-on experience with:
• Azure Local (formerly Azure Stack HCI-based)
• Hyper-V virtualization and Storage Spaces Direct
• Azure Arc for servers, Kubernetes, and VMs
• Experience with hybrid cloud design principles and on-prem + cloud integration.
• Technical support for Microsoft Azure Platforms (Azure Local & Azure Cloud)
• Manage Incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions to avoid future issues.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to security policies and practices
  Execute maintenance tasks such as patching, performance tuning & resource management/optimization.
• Manage and maintain Azure Local environment
