Job Description - Azure Data Engineer

Experience- 4 to 10

Location- Pune, Banglore, Hyderabad, Indore

Skills- SQL, Power BI, Azure Services such as ADF,ADLS, Data Modelling and Data warehousing

Role & responsibilities -

• Should have good hands on experience on building ETL flow using any ETL tool such as ADF etc.
• Should be able to understand the requirement and design the data flow diagram of ETL process end to end.
• Should have good hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries and advance concepts of SQL such has indexes,partition,filegroup,transaction etc.
• Should be able to understand the business requirement and develop end to end data pipelines using required tools/technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and good communication skills with good attention to details.
• Should have knowledge on designing optimized data processing based on volume of data.
• Able to create documentation that clearly explains the purpose of the data flow and its intended use.
• Able to make regular modifications to existing production code for error correction and adding new features.
• Experience using Visual Studio,SQL server management studio.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts such as dimension,fact,schema ,data loading process, dimensional modeling and data mining.
• Flexible to learn and adopt tools/technologies used in project.
• Able to write DAX queries and create PowerBI dashboards from scratch .
