Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web automation

Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test orchestration

Experience in developing test cases, test plans, and test scripts

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, BDD/TDD methodologies

Familiarity with test result analysis and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Good-to-Have

Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured

Experience with other automation tools like Playwright or Cypress (optional)

Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes for test environment management

Experience in performance testing (e.g., JMeter)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Selenium, and Robot Framework

Collaborate with developers and QA team to understand requirements and plan test coverage

Execute automated test suites and report findings with detailed logs and documentation

Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Continuously improve test coverage, effectiveness, and reliability

Provide input on testability of functional elements during requirement and design phases

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement
