1. Knowledge of MSI packaging and MSI Transform

2. Understanding of tools: Admin Studio,Orca

3. Scripting Knowledge : VBScript, Batch, Powershell(Optional)

4. SCCM, Intume

Good-to-Have

1. Must be able to solve complex technical issues and develop customized solutions in deploying software applications to a diverse workstation environment.

2. Good understanding of Operating System concepts (Drivers,Services , Registry, Services, Active Setup)

3. Must be able to recreate or create package from scratch or by using .exe or Transform

4. Must be able to work independently and as a team member.

5. Having good understanding on SLAs

6. Excellent Communication skills

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

To understand the existing package and customize it as per the customer requirement by creating MSI Tranform

To solve complex technical issues and develop customized solutions for package which can be deployed by using SCCM

Create a package using Admin Studio or ORCA as per requirement.

From creating package , deploying to the environment to the resolving SCCM deployment issues.

5

To write a VBScript or Batch script so as to customize the application functionality or to deliver the expected application functionality.
