Job Title: Apigee Support Engineer
Experience: 48 years
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Apigee Edge/Apigee X.
- Troubleshoot API proxy issues, latency, and errors using Trace/Debug.
- Manage API security (OAuth2, JWT, TLS/SSL).
- Monitor platform health and integrate with logging tools (Splunk/Kibana).
- Support CI/CD for API deployments and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with dev, infra, and security teams; create RCA and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on Apigee (proxy design, policies, KVMs).
- Strong REST, HTTP, JSON/XML knowledge.
- Scripting (JavaScript, Python), networking basics.
- Cloud exposure (GCP preferred), DevOps tools (Git/Jenkins).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Apigee X migration experience, OpenAPI specs, performance testing.
