Role & responsibilities



  • Setting up Bridges and drive / Lead Service calls
  • Excellent in doing Triages
  • Good at Problem / Conflict solving
  • G-Suite Familiarization
  • Should be able to understand, contribute an connect with all ITSM functions
  • Good at ITSM Reports and Dashboards
  • Need to have sound judgment to classify the priority of Incidents and decide on whether the Incident is Candidate for Major incidents or not.
  • Need to be good at probing
  • Need to be a good communicator both verbal and written
  • Need to be having Client Centric focus
  • Need to have a good understanding of Functions like Service desk
  • Should be good at isolating the issues and pointing at root cause
  • Need to have moderate knowledge of Infrastructure Technology and platforms
