Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business requirements.
• Build data models, DAX calculations, and optimized datasets to support analytics use cases.
• Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources such as SQL databases, cloud sources, APIs, and flat files.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visual standardization across all dashboards.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and adhere to data governance best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and dashboard enhancements.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, architecture, and business analysts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
  • DAX, Power Query (M language)
  • Data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema)
  • SQL querying and optimization
• Experience in publishing, scheduling, and maintaining dashboards in the Power BI environment.
• Good understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and BI best practices.
