About the role
We are looking for a Payment Collector in Nagpur to manage customer payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues. In this full-time role, you will coordinate with customers, update payment records, and support smooth cash flow operations, while developing your skills in customer handling and financial processes.
On a daily basis, you will carry out payment collection activities, contact customers for recovery, and resolve any payment-related queries. You will also update payment statuses in the CRM, work with accounts teams for reconciliation, and maintain accurate records of collections and pending dues. Preparing and sharing regular payment collection reports will be part of your routine.
