About the role
We are looking for a Payment Collector in Bhubaneswar to manage customer payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues. In this full-time role, you will coordinate with customers, update payment records, and support smooth cash flow operations, while developing your skills in customer handling and financial processes.
On a daily basis, you will carry out payment collection activities, contact customers for recovery, and resolve any payment-related queries. You will also update payment statuses in the CRM, work with accounts teams for reconciliation, and maintain accurate records of collections and pending dues.
