  • Triage and resolve the issues escalated by monitoring team
  • Communicate with the App Development team
  • Work with Application development team and other teams on issue resolutions
  • Proactively communicate in case of any issues
  • Technology:
  • Unix shell scripting/ Linux (Mandatory)
  • Devops (CI/CD) (Mandatory)
  • SQL (Mandatory)
  • Autosys/scheduler (Good to have )
  • Servicenow as Ticketing tool (Good to have)
  • Java (good to have)
