IT leader ie - TCS hiring fresher and experianced candidates for an International Voice Process role from Ratlam MP to manage global customer interactions.

Job Title: International Voice Process – Customer Support

Department: Customer Support (International Clients)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer interactions daily with zero availability gaps
• Ensure SLA adherence at individual and team levels
• Meet and exceed performance benchmarks
• Focus on key KPIs such as RSAT, AHT, and Customer Experience
• Stay updated with process changes and new guidelines
• Implement corrective actions to avoid repeat issues

Job Requirements at TCS in Ratlam:

• International customer service (VOICE) experience preferred
• Graduates with minimum 12 months experience in contact center industry in Ratlam MP,
• HSC (12th Pass) with minimum 18 months experience
• Maximum 12 years of experience in contact center industry
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night and midnight shifts

Freshers Eligibility:

• B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc (Except IT & CS)
• Passing year: 2023, 2024 & 2025 can apply TCS jobs in Ratlam
• All educational and employment documents must be available
