Roles & Responsibilities: CISCO WIRELESS

• Individuals with experience in Planning, Design, Deployment and Refreshing Wireless Networks and Mobility Solutions based on the latest technologies, methodologies, and business needs.
• Participate in various client projects intended to continually improve/upgrade Wireless Infrastructure.
• Experience in standards organizations such as IEEE 802.11* committees, IETF, or WIFI Alliance.
• Create and execute test plans to meet project requirements for assigned components
• Ensure solution is implemented as designed to the customer?s satisfaction and approval
• Actively participate in and lead the assessment, planning, designing, and implementing of Wireless, Mobility Services solutions including High Availability, CleanAir, Wireless IPS, Context Awareness, VoWLAN and Secured Guest Access solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the projects including delegation of tasks to other project team members.
• Provide documentation including implementation plans, test plans, migration plans and detailed designs to client upon project completion.
• Provide knowledge transfer and operational documents to the client
• Conduct user and administrative training for the clients
• Good understanding of IP Addressing Schema.
• Working knowledge of at least one major vendor's complete WIFI solution set, including access points, controllers, endpoint security, and access point management.
• Good understanding of Network routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP, OSPF.
• Experience in PCI DSS Industry compliant standards.
• Good understanding of Access Point deployment best practices.
• Good Understanding of Wireless pre and post Site Survey requirements.

Skills required:

• -CCNP Wireless or CCIE strongly preferred
• - 10 + years of experience with designing, implementing, upgrading and supporting Cisco Wireless
• - Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) Design and Implementation (Cisco 2504, 5508, WiSM2, etc.)
• - 9+ years of experience with designing, configuring, and supporting Cisco routers (Cisco 2800, 3800, 2900 & 3900 Series Routers) and switches (Cisco 2900, 3500, 3750, 3850, 4500, 6500 Series Switches)
• - Experience with the following protocols/technologies: WPA2, EAP, PEAP, EAP-TLS, CAPWAP, LWAP, 802.1X, RADIUS, PKI, VPN, IPsec, DHCP, DNS
• - FlexConnect implementations
• - RADIUS Integration
• - Guest Access (WebAuth)
• - Wireless Management Implementation using WCS/NCS/Prime Infrastructure
• -Design experience in ISE
