About the role
We are looking for an Application Support Executive in Hoshiarpur to join our team. You will provide technical and customer support through inbound calls, helping to resolve various customer issues while ensuring the accuracy of data entry and compliance with service level agreements.
In your daily work, you will answer calls and assist customers with technical inquiries, account access, email updates, and disputes. Additionally, you will log incidents for escalation, process renewals, and maintain documentation. Your role requires you to remain calm and supportive, especially when dealing with urgent or sensitive matters.

What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with technical and service-related issues.
- Handle queries related to account access, lockouts, email updates, charges, and disputes.
- Enter and update accurate customer details in the system.
- Calmly assist customers facing urgent or sensitive issues.
- Log incidents and escalate to the concerned team when required.
- Process renewals and update records in the system.
- Maintain daily logs and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow process guidelines and meet service quality standards.
What you'll need
- Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other Office tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Knowledge of application support desk is mandatory.
- Experience with property management systems like Yardi Voyager is an added advantage.
